    Republican form clause is a clause in the U. S. Constitution that grants to every state in its union a republican form of government ... "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion.

    US Constitution proclaims that United States shall warranty all union states a pro-republic form of Government which would protect them from any kind of invasion.

    It is also called the Guarantee clause. It states that each state is run as a representative of democracy and not expresses any kind of absolutism. States shall consequently act in favor of the public opinion. Citizen' opinion is of high value in the republican federal Government. There will be rise in dedication of its citizens for common interests and emergence of fair law in this type of Government.

    In republic form of Government people in a country pose a dynamic role in the affairs of the government.
