How did the development of the caste system affect society in India? i need 4 sentences

It has been a few years since I studied the caste system, but I would write:

It created a imbalance for its society, where the upper castes lived lavishly, and the lower castes were repressed. The caste system valued Brahmins (priests and teachers) most highly, followed by Kshatriyas (warriors and rulers), which at the time was not uncommon. India's next levels were different from the rest of the world though, as they valued Vaishyas (farmers, traders, and merchants), more than Shudras (labourers), showing that India's focus was on trade. The Worst caste however, was the Dalits or more commonly known as the untouchables, viewed so lowly, that you weren't even allowed to touch them.
