Analyze how America encountered the great depression and explain what role if any, did the government had in getting out of the great depression.

    America encountered the Great Depression because of mass production and not enough buyers, too many people being able to buy stocks with credit from banks they could not repay, and also the extreme drought conditions.

    The government had most of the role in getting out the Depression. Franklin Roosevelt implemented the New Deal that provided relief, recovery, and reform. He created jobs while also putting things in place to make sure another Depression never happened.
