Jewish people, people with colored skin, gays, mentally challenged people; basically anyone who wasn't blonde haired, white skinned, blue eyed was seen as an enemy of imperfect. fun fact, hitler did not like jewish people, because when he was younger, his mother's doctor was jewish and unfortunately, he didn't do too good of a job at his work!

Anyone remotely Jewish, anyone that looked Jewish, or everyone who wasn't Aryan.

Aryans were anyone with blonde hair (or any light color) and blue eyes (or any other light color).
