It depends on a region, in Latin America where Native population was large many Natives were impact by desises and died because lack of immunity but in the end Natives and Europeans mixed into one people difrent situation took place in British and French colonies in North America were number Natives was small and it was easy to resettle them rather to cooparate (but that ofcourse happened but still Natives more prefered cooperation with French than british) US government later partly followed that policy abondoning the complete idea of Native inclusion ande seen that rather as a problem
