    In June of same year (1941 that is) President Roosevelt instituted a committed to look in to Unfair Employment Practices.

    Explanation:

    On June 25, 1941, President Roosevelt created the Committee on Fair Employment Practice, generally known as the Fair Employment Practice Committee (FEPC), by signing Executive Order 8802, which prohibited Federal agencies and all unions and companies engaged in war-related work from discriminatory employment practices.
