The main reason behind the Alamo cannot be attributed to one factor alone. There were several factors that resulted in Alamo. The main reasons being money that was involved for bothe the government and the white immigrants. The other causes being slavery, feudalism, cotton industry and immigration rights. The white immigrants were given the right to own land in Mexico on the condition that they would become Mexican citizens. They agreed initially but later they did not get converted. This added to the frustration of the government. Also slavery was banned in Mexico, but the white immigrants started using slaves for their profit and this was another issue that resulted in Alamo.
