    The one way which the constitution addresses conflicts between the state and federal government is to submit the resolution to the supreme court

    Explanation:

    In a constitution where there are levels of the government which are the central and the state government, there is division of power among the layers and very less interference in each other's working but sometimes there arises a conflict and for this, there are ways to resolve the disputes. One way is : The matter on which there is conflict is submitted to the supreme court for resolution or the other way is making laws of the state superior to that of the federal laws.
