Copernicus, Galileo, and Isaac Newton all commonly claimed that the universe is heliocentric.

    Explanation:

Copernicus was amongst the first ones to propound that the Earth revolves around the Sun. Until he proposed this theory of heliocentrism, most people believed that it was the sun that circled the Earth.

The reason people believed so was because they clearly found their position to be stationary and observed the sun move through the sky causing the day and night cycle.

Later in the time, scientists like Galileo and Newton supported the theory of heliocentrism proposed by Copernicus with some more inclusions from their side.

They were all early scientists who had different theories on the solar system. Copernicus thought it to be heliocentric, revolving around the sun, and Galileo and Newton thought the universe was geocentric, revolving around earth.
