What do you think will be the biggest problem/issue for the Criminal Justice system ten years from now?

I think the biggest problems they'll face is the consequences given to people for their actions because they either aren't given enough of a punishment in this current time or they're given too much for something minor. I think it'll be a BIG problem in the future.

People might get falsely accused of crimes and get the death penalty.
