    The fur trappers and traders have caused by the rapid decline of the population of the animals like beavers and bears. Furs were used as pelts and are often exported to European countries. These animals are now one of the endangered for extinction.

    Fur Business started in the 1600s in New England and expanded westward. Fur trappers are and traders have a negative impact on the environment. Aside from the process of trapping animals being cruel and may lead to the death of the animals when animals die, it prevents them from cohabiting which may endanger their species. Trapping can also disrupt the cycle of our ecosystem. Each animal plays an important role in balancing our ecosystem, their inability to perform their designed function it disrupts the ecosystem.
