Which part of the first amendment says that the government cant set up an official religion?

    Well it sure isn't D. I don't know what that applies to if anything, but it is not part of the first amendment.

    There is also no such thing as the secular clause or the establishment clause.

    That only leaves C which is the answer. The primary focus of the constitution is to first do no harm. If that is obeyed, freedom of speech, assembly, the press and religious choice are all guaranteed.
