Where were most European immigrants processed or where did they have to go before they could enter the country?

    Most of them were processed in Ellis island. They had to be processed there before they could enter the country.

    Most imigrants from Europe arrived in new York City. They were processed at Ellis Island in New York Harbor before being allowed to enter ther United States.
