How did Germany respond when the United States declared war on Japan?

    A. is the Answer, Here is Why. Germany did move its Submarines into the Atlantic, But Only after Declaring war on the US. Germany could not Appeal, as Germany was banned from entering due to the Treaty of Versaille, Not only that, Japan Had attacked first, and America was a Head Member of the League of Nations. and D is wrong because It doesn't make sense at all. Japan was part of the Axis.
