Mark Anthony, Octavius, and Lepidus were dubbed as the Second Triamvirate after the death of Julius Caesar. The three were political alliances took charge of the ruling of Rome after. The conflict of Mark Anthony and Octavius is about the division of lands of ruling. Octavius' share was not that as important as the lands of Lepidus and Mark Anthony. This means that after the death of the mighty leader, Julius Caesar, no one is clearly one leader who emerged as potentially great as Caesar. So the answer to your question would have to be A.
