Could the dust bowl happen again? why or why not

    Yes because of droughts and people polluting the earth

    Theoretically, yes. Most of the water that is used to water the crops come from an under ground reservoir that is quickly drying up. However, the dust bowl was caused when farmers kept farming the same thing to much, over and over. Hopefully we learned from that mistake, and know not to do that know, which make another drought that bad, in my opinion, unlikely.
