A, B and C are all accurate. Kashmir is one of the most hotly politically contested areas in the world, China, India and Pakistan all claim control, all three have ethnicities there but the region is primarily Muslim. Some regions that have 100% muslim majority accessed to Pakistan, of about 3.5million people. This region is largely uncontested. The indians however, control a region of 4 million of which 95% are Muslim, this is the area most associated with conflict. The Chinese, although invading in the 1950s, have no territory despite there being a 25% Buddhist minority in one Indian held region (the Indians have 3 regions).
