Hinduism is one of the oldest religions in the world and has many roots. It is a complex religion with many deities and practices. The great number of beliefs and practised reflect the huge diversity of India. More than one billion people follow Hinduism today. Most of these people live in India. Hinduism is considered to be more than a religion. It is a culture, code of behavior and a way of life. Hindus primarily believe in the eternal truth or eternal faith.
