    Political parties formed because

    C. Simplistically, political parties formed due to questions and conflicts regarding America as a localized agrarian or a nationalized industrial nation

    Explanation:

Although Washington had warned against the difference in factions of the government it would be seen in hindsight as is evident now that for a good democracy to function it is important to have a multi party system other wise it becomes hegemonic for the people involved.

Simplistically, too many people had too many differing opinions on how the countries should function that the bifurcation of the country was inevitable and now is felt to be good for the system too.
