    1. The eventual election of Andrew Jackson lead to acceptance of the common man. Once you get through the biography Andrew Jackson, you will definitely get to know that his period of being a president is called the Era of the Rise of the Common Man. Even though he considered himself as a 'common man', he made the most powerful office in the three branches of government out of office of president. He was a wise man with strong political issues.

    2) Increased suffrage and the development of new political parties in the early 1800s indicate expansion of democracy. States decided not to deal with the suffrage and just let everything go with a flow, causing a wave of new democracy. In 1820's many white males won the right to vote that made parties be more organized which completely changed the previous democracy.
