    1.) No, in most schools students cannot dress the way they want, they cannot have their hair the way they want. They even have limits to their freedom of speech. Like when 13 reasons why came out and no one was allowed to talk about it in school.

    2.) I feel like schools do not have the right to do this. people should be able to wear what they want as long as it is not too revealing, but they don't even allow anything above the knees or lower than the neck. They don't let boys have long hair and they don't let anyone dye their hair unnatural colors. With the freedom of speech, People should not disrespect their teachers, but they should not be told if they cannot talk about a tv show or books.
