    The alternatives for war are in four types they are the World Court, arbitration, Conciliation and Conference.

    Explanation:

    The Permanent Court of international Justice is defined as in the established statute and first it deals with involving the questions treaty rights and international law through the interpretation. This is also one of the proper field of arbitration and it has to scope for widened to include the miscellaneous cases. They placed outside the categories of international law.

    The procedure in both the arbitration tribunal is juridical, the Permanent Court of International Justice and judgement in a culmination. on the other side, Conference and Conciliation are political institutions. In the procedure of Conciliation examines the dispute substances but it does not present conclusions in terms of an official order. It investigates and they recommend but it not bind. Conference is much wider in scope.
