    An example of the implied powers is-

    The Bank's existence is a great example of implied powers.

    These are powers of Congress NOT explicitly stated in the Constitution. They are powers enjoyed by the U. S. government which have not been explicitly granted by the Constitution but are implied by the necessary and proper clause and are used to carry out the enumerated powers
