LBK culture

Explanation:

The linear pottery culture lasted from 5500-4500 BC and was an important culture of Europe. It is also known as Linear Band Ware. Most of the evidences of this culture is found in Central Europe, its pottery contained cups, bowls, vases, all without handles and the pots had line patters on them. It is also referred as LBK culture, LBK people flourished for 1000 years before bronze age; wheat, lentils and peas were their major crops. They domesticated dogs and cows and hunted in the forests. It had two variants Western (Early) and Eastern (Later) linear pottery culture. The western culture was spread across Danube, western hungry and along the rivers Rhine, Elbe, Oder and Vistula.
