Both but more to the South.
How the North killed the reconstruction.
- The North gave up on the South
- The North stopped trying
- They become too involved with their own problems
How the South killed the reconstruction.
- The South rebelled against the North
- The South refused to accept any changes made.
- Any steps are taken to move forward with reconstruction the South would be rejected.
The South is more to blame.
-No matter what the North tried, the South would refuse to make any changes.-They killed many innocent lives.-They put in more effort in fighting and resisting reconstruction.
