it all depends if its his/her job to be a sniper. if so then yes. if not then no.

It truly depends.
There have been countless times that soldiers have saved their brothers in arms as snipers, which can be extremely honorable. Most of the time, TV portrays "honorable" warriors as guerrilla fighters, rambos, or other people who save lives. Snipers save lives.
In my opinion, yes, an honorable warrior can act as a sniper.
