A few major inventions that were invented after World War II were the following:
Computers. These were invented in 1971 by Ed Roberts. Medical penicillin. This was invented in 1941 by a group of medical professionals. Jet engines. In the closing months of the war, jet engines came to the force. The first technology was developed in 1939 to 1945, and is now used all over the globe.
