    I'm leaning more towards B.

    Taxation is basically charging an individual or business a certain amount of money (usually based on income, but not always). The government is the one collecting the taxes.

    Taxation is when the government put tax funds on the citizens and certain business corporations. So basically your just paying money to the government through tax. So it's definitely not A nor D. So your left with choice C and B. But the correct answer choice is B because your not paying for penalties
