    Woodrow Wilson was the President that attacked the triple wall of privilege. The triple wall of privilege included the tariff, the banks and the trusts. He was determined to hit the triple wall of privileges hard as he was entering the White House. Wilson wanted to bring the tariff rate down for giving relief to the people.
