    Explanation:

    Both governor of Texas and president of U. S has veto power. President and Governor has all the executive, judiciary and legislative so power so there is nothing new formal power to the governor that can be given to president. president has the power to set all the executive agenda of department.

    President is the commander in chief for military, navy and army. He is the formal head of these forces. Therefore, it is also not that unique formal power that has not given to him by governor of Texas. Lastly, to impose and levy taxes is not the power of president that is done by governor.
