Think about the US constitution, why didn't the federalists and anti-federalists agree about it? How this problem solved?

    The federalists felt that the addition wasn't necessary but would limit the government not the people. However, anti-federalists claimed the Constitution would give the central government too much power. The Constitution was later ratified and the Bill of Rights was added to gain support of the anti-federalists.
