    Explanation:

    The constitution of the united states of America is the oldest constitution in the world that is still functional till date although alot of Amendments have been made to it, it dates back to as far as 1788. The constitution divides explicitly the powers bestowed on each branch of the government to avoid conflict of powers.

    The constitution is made up mainly of laws that were sourced from the citizens i. e before a law was passed or a policy was effected it was put out for a vote by the congressmen who represented the people. the constitution is more than common sense to the people.
