    Supreme Court in the case of Brown vs. Board of Education ending legalized segregation declared the state laws which separate black and white students in public schools could not be keep up because it was unconstitutional act.

    In the case of The 13th Amendment ending slavery the Supreme Court ruled out in the case of Butler vs. Perry that the expressing "involuntary servitude" was a violation for the 13th Amendment and declared that no man should be obliged to work even criminals, later the expression was ratified to not allow any form of slavery or servitude.

    In Roe vs. Wade legalization abortion the Supreme Court declared that it was unconstitutional for the state to decide whether or not a woman could abort and this decision was to be made by the pregnant woman and the doctor.
