According to Edwards, the power of God is greater than the power of Kings.

    Explanation:

Jonathan Edwards (1709 - 1758) was a very influential theologian and philosopher. He believed that God is omnipotent, that is, he controls the entire universe and man is so insignificant in comparison to him. He also states that kings seem majestic and powerful but their seemengly power is worthless next to the power of God. He describes God as wrathful (characterized by intense anger) and loving at the same time. His wrath comes from the things that humans do to have supreme power, though they will never be as powerful as God.
