Equality is a necessary consequence of the natural nature of rights. The declaration includes some general rules necessary for the realization of rights and freedoms. For example, article 4 stipulates that "Freedom is the ability to do everything that is not harmful to another; Thus, the exercise of natural human rights has only those boundaries that provide other members of society with the enjoyment of the same rights.
