    The problems caused by rapid growth and the steps that cities took solve them:

    Problem like pollution, crime, congestion and many more. Due to the rapid growth of population and growth of the society, there were adverse effects on the environment like cutting of the trees, pollution and some diseases. There was also increase in the crime rates of the country.

    Certain steps which were taken to solve these problems were policies formed by the government of controlling the population, banning the cutting of the trees, using of renewable resources to control the level of pollution.
