The Parthenon. It is a previous temple, located in Greece, committed to the goddess Athena, whom the general population of Athens considered their supporter. The sanctuary is archaeoastronomically adjusted to the Hyades.

Work started on the Parthenon, based on the Acropolis, in 447 BC to supplant a current sanctuary which was pulverized by the Persians in 480 BC and cost 469 silver abilities to assemble. The work started under the requests of Pericles to demonstrate the riches and extravagance of Athenian influence.
