What rights do people have at japan?

    I believe that Japan is a constitutional monarchy ... and people have a liberty of speech, writing, publication, public meetings, and associations. They have the right to change their government peacefully, and the right to freely travel both within the country and in others, change their place of residence, to emigrate, etc.
