    Intellectual elites are best acquainted with system, society, politics, and are, therefore, a driving force in revolutionary movements. Such endeavors require the masses of the people whose initiators will be intellectuals.

    There are many examples where highly educated people and academics were at the forefront of the fight for the rights of the subjugated.
