A peninsula is a landmass that is surrounded by water from three sides.

    Explanation:

The Arabian Peninsula s surrounded on three of its sides by various water bodies. To the west and south west it has the Red sea and it has the Gulf of Eden on its southern side.

To the south and south east also, there is the Arabian sea and the Gulf of Oman and the Persian gulf are also nestled to the east.

These various water bodies make Arabia well connected with the world in terms of trade but their air movement means that the place remains a desert.
