In what ways did the exchange of peoples, crops, animals, and diseases shape the experience of European colonists and American natives

    Peoples - Spanish brought slaves to America, because they had killed most natives & needed cheap labor

    Crops - Natives grew crops Europeans had never seen before. Natives learned new ways to use crops because of Europeans.

    Diseases - Europeans had diseases that they brought with them to America, which killed the native population (almost) off.
