    Explanation:

    The first emperor of the first Chinese dynasty, the Qin, was Qin Shihuangdi. One of the major and probably biggest achievement was the unification of China and the consolidation of of power in the capital. The Qin started to wage wars against the other six kingdoms, and one by one they managed to conquer them, eventually unifying all territories. Ones the territories were unified, the empire was centralized, and the power was consolidated in the capital.
