    To influence the government means to get their attention by doing things such as protest, by doing this they hope to get the government to make a change in society.

    If by participate in government, they mean be an active contributor to elections and such. They should participate because it allows everyone to have a fair chance and voice their opinions.

    Media can be in various ways, but it is mainly a mass way of communicating and spreading opinions, ideas, etc. The media can affect the government because the government paya close attention to the media in order to better grasp world problems.

    An interest group is a group of people all working together towards a common goal. An example of this is a protest. A large gathering of people all come together to draw attention of the government and voice their opinion (s).

    United States vs. Nixon was important because it limited the power of the president.
