    Explanation: Buffalo Soldier was a term which was used for greater African American regiments in Civil war. These Buffalo soldiers were mainly the slaves who were freed from confederate areas. They were used to do hard labor from their early life. So during the war it gave them an extra advantage for fighting in the difficult condition on the war more than the average white soldiers. So many Buffalo soldiers were more qualified than the average white soldiers.
