Why do you think that it is important for diplomats to understand the worldview of the other party?

Diplomats got to have some knowledge of democracy, because democracy in its simplest explanation emphasizes the principles of letting everyone hear, let know of, voting, and speak their ideas. Diplomats are essential to world peace because they have to listen to both parties in other to come to a conclusion that will benefit both.
