How will the government determine how many member a state has in the House of Representatives

    Answer: The Constitution provides that each state has a minimum of one member in US House of Rep and the the other seats are divided among the states apportioned out by population of the states. Each state is responsible for designing of its districts, but must do so in accordance with the Voting Rights ACt of 1965
