Women have it harder if you think about it there are a lot more rules women have to follow them men and they go through a lot of pain and get paid less then a man even tho they might be doing the same job women have to go through periods birth getting cat called harassment and so many other things not to mention that society wants them to act a certain way

It really depends on how they live to be honest. But for me, I would have to say women

Women have to take care of one responsibility after puberty, which is their period.
