Parliament--parliamentary government contains a legislative body, cabinet, and a Prime Minister.

Many countries operate under a parliamentary government. Elections determine the cabinet members and the Prime Minister. Some of these governments also have a monarch who works with the parliament. Great Britain is an example of a parliamentary monarchy where the people elect the Prime Minister and members of parliament but the monarch is hereditary.
