What happened to the first president of the United States?

In November 1781, John Hanson became the first President of the United States in Congress Assembled, Hanson died on November 15, 1783 at the age of 62. He died at Oxon Hill Manor from a throat infection, on his nephew's Maryland plantation, at age 62.
