The best answer is, B. General Stand Watie and his troops were defeated.

The First Battle of Cabin Creek took place in Oklahoma on Native American territory during the Civil War. After a few minor skirmishes, General Watie led a Confederate campaign to confiscate a supply wagon meant for Union troops at nearby fort, however, he and his forces were defeated by Union cavalry and troops which included African American volunteers from Colorado, Kansas, and Wisconsin.
